With our free rebooking guarantee, your holiday can be rebooked free of charge up to 30 days before arrival (excluding bookings via booking.com and Airbnb!).

The booking can be rebooked once for the following summer or winter season.
Rebooking is only possible within the season immediately following the original booking period (summer or winter).
Further rebookings or transfers to later periods are excluded.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS – SUMMER 2026
The general cancellation conditions apply.
For bookings made through external booking platforms, the cancellation conditions of the respective booking channel apply.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS – WINTER 2026/2027 AND WINTER 2027/2028
Bookings for the winter seasons 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 cannot be cancelled free of charge at any time and will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 50%.
For bookings made through external booking platforms, the cancellation conditions of the respective booking channel apply.
GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For bookings with arrival or departure on Wednesday, Friday or Saturday:
Cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date:
No cancellation fee will be charged.
However, processing fees may apply in all cases – please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Cancellation from 3 months up to 1 month before the arrival date:
A 40% cancellation fee will be charged (deposit).
Cancellation from 1 month up to 1 week before the arrival date:
A 70% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation during the last week before arrival, late arrival or early departure:
A 90% cancellation fee will be charged.
No-show:
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total package price will be charged.
For bookings with arrival or departure on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday:
Cancellation is not possible free of charge at any time. A minimum cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Very important:
If you become ill and are therefore unable to go on holiday,
This is at your own risk and the trip cannot be cancelled free of charge.
However, it will be postponed to the following summer or winter!
