The user is solely responsible for using the sled according to their own ability, the local conditions, and the prevailing weather and sledding-track conditions.

4. Damage and Loss

The sled must be inspected by the user upon collection to ensure that it is in proper condition.

Any damage or defects must be reported immediately before use.

The user is liable for any damage, loss or theft occurring during the rental period to the extent that the user is responsible for such damage, loss or theft. The costs of repair or replacement will be charged according to the actual damage incurred.

5. Improper Use

Any damage caused by improper, negligent or unintended use of the sled will be charged to the user accordingly.

6. Return

The sled must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition in which it was received, except for normal wear and tear resulting from proper use.

7. Transfer to Third Parties

The rented sled may not be passed on to or made available for use by another person without the prior consent of the rental provider.

In the event of unsuitable or dangerous weather, snow or track conditions, rental or use of the sled may be restricted or prohibited for safety reasons.

9. Liability of the Rental Provider

The use of the racing sled is subject to the applicable statutory provisions.

The user shall be responsible for any damage caused by improper, negligent or unintended use of the sled for which the user is responsible.

The rental provider shall be liable, in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, for damage resulting from a defect in the sled for which the rental provider is responsible or from culpable conduct on the part of the rental provider.

To the extent permitted by law, the rental provider shall not be liable for damage arising solely from the user's personal riding behaviour, lack of personal suitability or improper use of the sled.

Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.

By accepting the sled, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Rental Terms and Conditions.
